The project is set in a nineteenth-century urban estate on Av. Diagonal in Barcelona. The proposal aims to enhance the architectural quality of the existing spaces and generate new elements that help articulate its functioning.
The dwelling is organized on the floor with the following structure: a round wheel of large and successive exterior rooms, a central space for access and distribution, and an interior service area.
The project sets the union of these large rooms to enhance the monumentality and overall perception of the space. The original structure of the rooms is maintained with successive curtains that preserve their rhythm and original essence while emphasizing the transversality of the space.
